Cycle 1: Off BCP 10/2002 and didn't have AF until Provera given March 2003. Began Clomid April 2003
Cycle 2 Clomid 50mg = 6.09 Progesterone.
Cycle 3 Clomid 100mg = 8.17 Progesterone.
Cycle 4 Clomid 100mg = 7.8 Progesterone.
Cycle 5 Clomid 100mg = 25.3 Progesterone With 25mg Progesterone Suppositories 2x a day.
Cycle 6 Clomid 100mg = 22.9 Progesterone tested 3dpo and started taking the suppositories that evening
Cycle 7 UNMED (1st cycle with old RE) Progesterone at 3dpo - I had 33 Progesterone and my E2 was over 200. We had a mature follie!
WRONGLY DIAGNOSED:
HSG done 10/29 and my tubes are clear. Internal u/s done 11/5. Lap to be done Feb/Mar due to tubal problems and possible endometriosis.
Cycle 8 was a bust. Annovulatory and 74 days long.
Apt with NEW RE 2/9.
He performed an HSG and found no tube problems, but a problem with my uterus. Mine is more U shaped than V. He doesn't see a problem getting PG, but at 12wks, I will have to have stitches in the base of my uterus to avoid going into labor too early.
Cycle 9 Clomid Challenge 150mg as well as 2 triggers of Ovidrel and my first IUI and got a BFN.
Cycle 10: Clomid/Gonal/Ovidrel combo with IUI. Resulted in a BFN.
Cycle 11. No Clomid. Only injections of Gonal-F days 5-10, Ovidrel trigger day 11, IUI day 12, O'd day 13. BFN.
Cycle 12. Gonal and IUI. No temps or obsessing this time = Poor follie growth (largest was 15 at cd15) and low estrogen (in the 80s). IUI cancelled and I was pulled off of meds, but I did ovulate. No major O pain.
Cycle 13 - First IVF cycle!!!!
ER 7/24 15 mature eggs! 12 fertilized!
ET 7/29 Transfered 3 GRADE A 5 day blasts!!! Three blasts are on ice for the future. Got our first BFP!

Cycle 14 - BCP cycle. RE appointment 9/20, we were told that I have some antibody issues as well as possible blood clotting factors while I was PG. This may be what caused the miscarriage.
Cycle 15 - BCPs while waiting for a frozen embie transfer. Blood thinners and steroids for my antibodies and high estrogen issues for my next IVF.
10/13, I began my Lupron injections. I will still get AF, go in on CD1 for bloodwork. They'll tell me when to begin my Estrogen patches. I'll be put on PIO and Heparin soon after. After the frozen transfer, Meds: Heparin, Prednisone, Crinone and Prometrium. Took last BCP on 10/19. I'll go in on or near CD1 and will soon be on the Estrogen patches!
Cycle 16 - Began my frozen IVF cycle 10/24. Transfer of 3 blasts was on 11/20. Odd bleed happened one week later which failed the cycle. Consult with RE on 12/7 led to a Lap scheduling.
Cycle 17 - Lap showed that my Fallopian Tubes had adhesions that pinned them to the pelvic wall. All this tissue was removed and 4 embryos were transferred into my tubes via ZIFT/TET. as IVF2. We got a BFP, but it was a chemical pregnancy. We'll be having a consult with the RE in March.
Cycle 18 - drug free break. Took a vacation to try to get our minds off of this. Apt with RE 3/23 stated that we'll be back to IUIs due to the tube discovery/fix. Took Prometrium to bring on AF to no avail. Later took the Estrace/Prometrium combo and it worked.
Cycle 19 - CD5 start GonalF 225iu 1x a day, CD11 bumped to 300iu, CD13 bumped to 400iu stims for IUI. BFP!!!!!!!!
