Hello. Thanks for taking a look at my chart!

A little about me:
I'm 36 yo, DH is 39. We have one child (DS) who just turned 3 in October. He was conceived in my 3rd cycle off BCP. During my pregnancy I discovered that I have a tilted uterus and a tennis ball sized fibroid. Neither caused any problems during my pregnancy though. I delivered DS via c-section because he just wouldn't descend.

I don't have any known fertility problems. But I always worry my weight could become a problem.
