Dec 1, 2006 - First RE Appt.
**Transvaginal Ultrasound - To see if any fibroids or polyps on outside of uterus and to see if I have ovulated yet. Did not show ovulation had occured and I will be ovulating on my right ovary.
**Endometrial Biopsy - To rule out uterine cancer
**Sonohysterosalpingogram - To make sure no polyps or fibroids on inside of uterus

*HSG, tubes are all clear
*CD 3 Lab work results:
- LH 3.6
- FSH 8.1
- Estradiol 30
*Other lab results previously drawn:
- TSH 3.29
- Prolactin 24.6
Jan 16, 2007 - CD 2 Clearing Day Ultrasound
*right ovary - 6 antral follicles
*left ovary - 4 antral follicles
*will start Femara on CD 3
Jan 25, 2007 - CD 11 Ultrasound
*1 dominant follicle, 19.5 on the right ovary
*endo lining 8.14
*positive OPK
*instructed to take the HCG trigger after work
Jan 28, 2007 - Begin prometrium vaginally every night.
Feb 13, 2007 - AF shows her ugly head. Will do first IUI cycle.
Feb 15, 2007 - CD 3, Clearing day ultrasound
*Right ovary - 7 antral follicles
*Left ovary - 10 antral follicles
*Endometrial lining - 3.3
*Begin Femara (CD 3-5)
Feb 23, 2007 - Follow-up Ultrasound
*endo lining 9.9
*1 dominant follicle on right side, 18
*1 follicle on left, 11.5
*blood test comes back positive
*HCG trigger at 10pm tonight
Feb 24, 2007 - IUI scheduled for 9 AM
Feb 26, 2007 - Begin prometrium
March 15, 2007 - CD 2 clearing day ultrasound
*Right ovary - 7 antral follicles
*Left ovary - 7 antral follicles
*Endometrial lining - 4.0
*Begin Femara (CD 3-5)
*Begin Follistim (CD 5-6)
March 22, 2007 - Follow-up ultrasound
*2 follicles on the right side, 13.5 each
* will continue to take Follistim for two more days
March 24, 2006 - Next follow-up ultrasound
*One follicle at 16, the other at 16.5
*Will take Follistim shot tonight and OPK in the morning
March 25, 2007
*OPK positive
*HCG shot at 10 am
March 26, 2007 - IUI at 11:30 am
April 11, 2007 - AF arrives, RE wants me to take a break this cycle and talk to me.
