SA 4/04 good.

HSG 4/04-right tube was blocked, they were able to open it by forcing some extra dye in, showed bicornuate uterus which later turns out is actually a septated uterus

8/04 Provera, then started Clomid 50mg with ultrasound montoring

9/17/04 Miscarriage

10/02/04. 100mg of Clomid this cycle. 3 good sized follicles, but uterine lining was thin and post-coital test wasn't good.

10/24/04 Starting back on 50mg of Clomid but for 7 days. Had 2 good follicles. We did an IUI this cycle. Progesterone 8.4 at 5DPO, now taking 100mg of progesterone.

11/26/04 Trying again with an IUI this cycle. Same protocol as last cycle. Progesterone 21.1 at 8DPO!!

12/30/04 Taking this cycle off from fertility treatments. Have another RE appt 1/6/04 to discuss next steps.

02/02/04 Gonal-F injectibles with IUI cycle. Progesterone 18.2, 100mg supplements twice a day

03/04/05 Taking this cycle off fertility treatments

04/04/05 IUI #4, second with Gonal-F, Estrogen only 444, HCG booster shots. Progesterone suppositories 100mg twice a day. Progesterone 38.6 at 7DPO

05/09/05 Pregnant after 17 long months. HCG 567 Progesterone 38.5

06/03/05 Baby did not grow as expected. Saw a heartbeat on 5/31/05, empty sac on 06/03/05.

06/06/05 D&C. Have to take a few months off TTC. Awaiting genetic testing results.

07/05/05 The baby was a chromosomally normal female. Plan to have surgery to remove uterine septum then IVF.

08/19/05 Uterine septum resection, laparoscopy, and D&C. Aspirated 120cc's from left ovarian cyst. Right tube now blocked.

09/06/05 Started birth control pills for IVF.

09/12/05 HSG showed tubes open (eventually), septum gone, but a bulging area on the right side where I had retained the products of conception. The hope is that with time it will resolve itself. However, if I were to get pregnant before it resolves, my uterus could rupture which is life-threatening. Plan to wait till November and have another HSG. On birth control until then.

11/02/05 HSG all clear. Proceeding with IVF.

11/13/05 Started Lupron

11/18/05 Started stims

11/29/05 Retrieved thirteen eggs, seven fertilized

12/02/05 Transfered two eight celled embryos

12/19/05 Pregnant! HCG 2489.

12/21/05 HCG 5133

12/26/05 HCG 30536. Ultrasound showed two sacs. Fetal pole in sac A measuring 5w6d. Unsure whether fetal pole is present in sac B.

01/03/06 7w0d Baby A measuring 7w1d, Baby B measuring 6w3d. Both heartbeats seen.

01/10/06 8w0d Baby A measuring a few days ahead (8w1d-8w4d) and Baby B measuring 7w3d. Both had heartbeats around 160.
